Listing Process: Information Required for MLS Syndication

To ensure your property listing is accurately entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and syndicated to major platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Trulia, The Listing Lady requires specific details from you prior to activation. This process typically takes 24–48 hours once all information is provided, subject to verification and MLS compliance.

As a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) service, we provide MLS placement only and do not represent you in the transaction. You retain full control, but accuracy of the submitted data is your responsibility. Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay listing or result in MLS violations.

Step-by-Step Overview
